1. Local Minnesota Company - The owners of this company lived in Minnesota their entire life and know the state and the people.
2. Experience - Over 28 Home Improvement & Design Expos, 14 Healthy Life Expos, 18 Event Planners and Suppliers Expos and Dozens of other shows and special events. Two of the owners alone have over 60 years of combined experience producing expos and special events.
3. Low Overhead - We keep our overhead low with low so that we can put more money into advertising each show.
4. Best Media Buys - By producing 9 to 11 shows a year in the Twin Cities area we are able to buy bulk and negotiate the lowest advertising rates, enabling us to purchase more advertising to promote our shows.
5. Promoting Year Round - We are out in the community promoting our shows year round at places like festivals, fairs, parades, business meetings, bike rides, running events, sporting events and at our booth at the Minnesota State Fair.

Prime Locations - For the exception of our one (1) show at the Minneapolis Convention Center, we position our home shows in the communities (Maple Grove, Eden Prairie, Blaine, and Shakopee) where the consumers are actively doing home improvements and remodeling. These areas tend to have some of the highest income residents within a 15 miles radius of each event facility and have homes that were built in the 1970's and 1980's which are in need of remodeling, repairs and upgrades.
2. Free Parking - People, on average do not like to pay to park. Most of our shows offer plentiful free parking for exhibitors and attendees.
3. Helpers for Move-In and Move Out - The burden of lugging all your equipment and display in to the venue to set-up are relieved by our team. We provide a team of movers to help you carry it all in. we're here to help!
